Automated VICK green sand molding machine:

• Maximum mold dimension: 500 X 700 X 300mm;
• Plate geometry: 500 X 700mm.

Cold curing sand molding (Pep-Set):

• Pieces of different sizes and weights.

Responsible for performing the analysis of the cooling curve of a sample taken directly from the oven, our thermal analyzer quickly and accurately identifies the Carbon-Equivalent, Total Carbon and Silicon present in the iron composition. In this way it is possible to accurately control the chemical compositions of the molten alloys.

Technical Data:

• Range: 1000°C to 1400°C ('K' type);
• Accuracy: CE: 0.01pp, C: 0.03pp and Si: 0.09pp;
• Range of use: EC from 3.00% to 4.65%;
• Detection of thresholds by derivation of the curve;

GEVITEC DUBOX-16 Blower:

With modern and high-precision equipment, our laboratory is equipped to guarantee quality and reliability in Carelli's castings.

Kontrol metallographic microscope integrated into an analysis system to ensure accuracy when analyzing samples and defining microstructures.

Used to analyze the chemical compositions of samples taken from the ovens, the spectrum shows fast and accurate results for corrections and guarantees traceability in the process.

Carelli counts on the Spectromaxx, used all over the world, due to its reliability and high technology in analysis.

The sand moisture analyzer is extremely important for the process, it ensures that the sand is in ideal working conditions.

Carelli has extremely technological equipment in its industrial park. Counting on 14 turning centers, 3 machining centers, in addition to mechanical lathe, universal milling cutter, band-saw mill and other equipments. Check it out below.
