Casting is the process of pouring liquid (molten) metal or metal alloys into molds for the manufacture of various types of parts, ornaments, jewelry, machine casings, ingots and more. In many cases, the casting process is the easiest way to obtain parts, whether large, complex geometry or with internal channels and cavities.

Through this method, a finished product can be obtained whether it is in the final format or not. In this case, the parts can be subjected to mechanical forming, welding or machining processes. When necessary, the parts can also be heat treated to ensure greater mechanical strength, as the castings have microstructural characteristics different from those produced through a forming process. With this in mind, Carelli is prepared and structured to ensure that its collection, with almost two thousand products, is correctly processed both within the factory and with our partners.

At the Carelli foundry we have several equipment and modernities so that productivity and efficiency are the best possible, thus making the products produced by Carelli of extreme quality.
